While older animals often come with history, and might require more medical attention than a youngster, the majority of senior cats and dogs are, however, the most grateful, kind, and loving animals that can be integrated into a family. Older animals have grown out of destructive puppy behavior (e.g., chewing everything in sight), are usually potty-trained, and have calmer energy levels. We encourage everyone to give older animals a fair chance in life, receive their unconditional love, and allow them to enjoy their remaining years in peace, health, and love.
