Pop Up Sterilization Camp, Goa – August 15th 2021
In an unique attempt to help manage and control the current overpopulation of stray cats in Goa, Alpha Angels Animal Trust organized a day-long animal sterilization camp together with like-minded partners. Supported by a variety of volunteers and sponsors, 27 cats could successfully be neutered over the course of the afternoon. The team, led by professional vets and animal nurses, extended the necessary post-operative care to the next day. Proving the success of the pop-up model, Alpha Angels Animal Trust is now planning to scale up animal sterilization camps across Goa.
