When I approached ma’am regarding sterilisation, Shraddha ma’am advised me on getting my female cats sterilised first and guided me with the process. The alpha angels are doing a fantastic job. They are genuine and empathetic towards the animals and the staff too are helpful and cooperative. Shraddha ma'am and Sejal ma'am are very helpful with regards to the sterilization of my 2 cats, which i just left them in their hands and they did everything for me. I did not have any tension about my cats. Like wise I have seen them very active in rescuing the stray cats and dogs and they go out of their way to help people with such cases.
